At St. Peter s our worship is according to the Book of Common Prayer (1959) and hymns are from The Book of Common Praise (1938). At Christ Church we alternate between the Book of Alternate Services and the Book of Common Prayer. Our music, led by a music group (guitar, violin, keyboard, organ, jembe) is a mix of old and new. There is an active Sunday School and nursery at Christ Church. In addition to Sunday mornings there are three regular times for fellowship and learning as we study God s word: Monday mornings, Tuesday evenings and Thursday mornings at the Rectory. Our goal is to help the people in the parish "grow in their relationship with God through Jesus Christ and learn how the Holy Spirit helps us do this". As desciples of Jesus, we are a people in progress, a work under construction. We are learning what it means to be the people of God and to have our lives shaped by the glorious life-giving Gospel of Jesus Christ.
