DUS Dental-U Incorporated is the amalgamation of two Western Canadian dental wholesale suppliers, Elite Dental Supply Company Limited (1985) and Dentrium (1995). Ross McCutcheon, the principle DUS Dental-U Incorporated, was originally an employee of Degussa Canada Limited Dentrium was the outcome of corporate restructuring by Degussa Corporation in 1995. Degussa Corporation took over responsibility for the North American operations of Degussa AG.-Dental Division. Mr. McCutcheon maintained a formal contract with Degussa~Ney Incorporated, the dental business arm of the Degussa Corporation. A share interest of 64.2% is held in Degussa AG by Eon AG ( www.Eon.com ). On May 30, 2001 Degussa AG entered into an agreement to sell its dental operations to U.S. based DENTSPLY International Incorporated, changing the Degussa name to DeguDent and absorbing this business into Dentsply Canada
