The Miocene property is located approximately 50 km northeast of Williams Lake, BC in the Likely – Horsefly region of the Cariboo Mining Division. Following acquisition, the company conducted modest exploration on the property including geophysics, geochemistry and diamond drilling. The company is currently developing a new NI 43-101 report on the property that will be available shortly. The Ferry Creek property is located 20 km southeast of Lumby, BC (40 km east of Vernon) and comprises the Moss, Bon and North prospects. In 2008, Eagle Peak conducted a geochemical survey on the Moss target that included a total of 394 samples. Soil data returned enhanced gold contents along strike of the Moss showing forming a northeast-trending gold anomaly over a distance of some 1600 metres. The Bon target farther east is marked by highly anomalous gold contents of silts from the South Fork of Bonneau Creek, quartz-sericite-pyrite alteration of greenstone tuffs of the Harper Ranch rocks and a significant induced polarization anomaly at the south end of the Bon grid. The anomalous silts remain unexplained and the IP target remains to be tested.
