History of Minimax Express Minimax Express Transportation Inc. began operating on February 11, 1991. With three trucks and ten pup trailers, our mission was to provide consistent, next day, dependable, personalized LTL transportation services between Cornwall, Toronto and Montreal. In 1992 the service area was expanded to include the Ottawa and Brockville market. Kingston, Belleville, Smith Falls and Perth were later added to complete the coverage of the Eastern Ontario.
