THIS IS NOT A COMPLAINT! This is a sincere thank you to the employees of the A & W Restaurant at 1877 Pembina Highway in Winnipeg. My husband is a stroke victim and uses a mobility scooter. Last week he was out and about, and fancied an A & W milkshake (his favorite). He proceeded to go through the Drive Thru on his sc00ter and order his milkshake. The employee in the drive thru was incredibly accomodating, and had a hearty laugh stating this was a first! I realize that probably this is not exactly the thing to do, but he is not able to walk into the store without assistance. I'm not sure I want him doing this again, but it certainly proves that EVERYBODY GOES TO A & W! Very likely it would be on video tape - good for use on a commercial.
