Client care answers the phone, but claims that they are not responsible for PC ONE CLUBS criminal activity. they gave PC ONE CLUB my banking information to take 369.00 from my account. the product paid for never came, and client care relations said that adios to my refund, since PC ONE CLUB conveniently went out of business, the very day, 29 days later, before my expected refund. ive proven thisto the new york state att. generals office, the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION, the ONTARIO PROVISIONAL POLICE, the NY STATE STATE TROOPERS by the border, but yet, this criminal enterprise still exists, noone is locked up, thousands of citizens in the U.S. are getting ripped off, and client care relations answers the phone asa phony 3rd party, and smugly says "sorry JOSE, no refund. thats life." can you really blame them? all law enforcement agenies that ive contacted have their number. im not making this up. mike.
