On Site Support Services Foresee Computing Incorporated supports Microsoft Windows 9X, ME, NT, 2000 & XP. We also support the Apple OS. We support Intel, AMD and Apple computers, providing break and fix service, OS and hardware maintenance and upgrades. We provide installation and support of numerous software programs, ranging from the legal industry to desktop publishing and network administration. Scheduled Remote Support Services This option involves providing support of servers and workstations from our offices via a secure connection to your office. A technician will log on at regularly scheduled times to perform regular preventative maintenance, check system logs and backup logs, and perform necessary maintenance in the event a problem is discovered. This service requires the customer to have a dedicated connection to the Internet, and to purchase the required software licenses to perform the remote connection. There is one time installation and configuration fee, with an additional fee for router configuration if the client is behind a firewall, and the client is billed for each scheduled maintenance log-in, with additional fees for work performed to correct extensive problems. Scheduled Installation/Support Services (contract) This option involves providing a systems integrator or network technician to provide on-site LAN support and preventative maintenance services on a regular, scheduled basis. The technician typically completes items recorded in a logbook, identified verbally, or requested by email, in a prioritized order. A fixed fee is paid on a monthly basis for a fixed period, usually one quarter to one year. Note that a separate quotation is normally provided if there is an abnormally large volume of activities. To determine the time commitment required (and therefore the costs), an initial time estimate is normally agreed upon for a trial period of 3 months.
