THEN Where We Came From Lee Rose started our company in 1988 in Victoria, BC. As a one man operation out of the back of his van the only product he had at the time was Vinyl. In the begining he used fuzzy-backed vinyl, but within two years of starting he realized there had to be a better vinyl product. It was at that time that he found the "Dec-k-ing" vinyl. As a result of his workmanship, customer service and striving to have the best product, he became known as one of the best Victoria Deck companies. NOW Where We Are Today We are a family business, still locally owned and operated. Today we employ a dozen people and have branched out into many more products and services.
