Established in 1997, ER Plus Risk Management Group Incorporated was founded from the desire to form a company in the business of saving lives. The Primary founder J.F. Landry had a vision of creating an all-encompassing occupational health and safety service provider to include consulting, training and contract safety personnel services. To describe our safety philosophy we appropriated the term risk management to emphasize what financial and insurance risk management fundamentally lacks prevention. ER Plus Risk Management Group Inc. is focused on establishing the systems, information and skills necessary to prevent and mitigate workplace accidents. Ultimately, by addressing workplace risks instead of just insuring against them, ER Plus saves lives, reduces injuries, protects property and equipment, and saves businesses money. In other words, we do not provide the workers insurance policies which take effect after they get injured -- we try and stop it from happening in the first place. We are located in Richmond, British Columbia.
