Company History Launched in 1980, Xenos was first founded to develop solutions that enhanced printing and electronic report distribution for the IBM mainframe market. In the early 1990s, the Xenos product offering evolved to enable document distribution and viewing on the Internet and across many other platforms. Xenos went public on the Toronto stock exchange in August of 1999.
