The Certificate of Proficiency in English (COPE) comprises a series of tests which are described below. These tests are designed to assess your level of proficiency in the English language in order to demonstrate that achievement level to universities where the language of instruction is English. COPE 2010 is currently accepted by the University of Toronto for graduate and undergraduate admission consideration. Transcripts can also be provided to other universities.
