Performance Bound The TopMatrix ™ System is a patented improvement to conventional diecutting. Applied to both flatbed and rotary technologies, it improves the cutting/creasing forces resulting in a superior diecutting performance. How It Works The TopMatrix ™ System is composed of a matrix sheet affixed to the surface of the cutting die in sections or as full coverage. Its unique properties are: -A closer fit to cutting/creasing rules thus reducing perimeter cracking as well as cutting dust or “angel hair ”. -A reduced friction factor between the cutting die surface and the corrugated board, enabling the rougher anvil surface to carry the waste material away from the product.
