The B.C. Dairy Directory & Farm Handbook was founded in 1981 to serve as a resource guide to British Columbia s diverse dairy industry, and since that time has become a fixture on dairy farms and in barns province wide. My wife and I are pleased to add this website to the information base that the B.C. Dairy Directory & Farm Handbook has in print form. As we head into our 24th annual edition, due for publication in June, 2005, we can look back with pleasure and see how the Directory has developed and changed to meet the challenges today s dairy industry faces just to stay in business. We are the third owners of the Directory. The previous owners remain on our mailing list, and have expressed their enthusiasm for the changes they have witnessed. We also extend our thanks to our ever expanding advertising base who sponsor the Directory each year, without whom none of our plans would ever have born fruit.
