Since 1975 Transduction has been an established manufacturer of reliable rack mount and panel mount computers, LCD monitors and custom chassis and cabinets for utilities, process control, military and telecom. We also offer highly reliable OPTO-22 based high density computer I/O components and systems for monitoring and control. Most rack and panel mount computers supplied by Transduction are based on a telecom grade single board computer design with a passive backplane for a larger number of ISA and PCI slots. These are for clients who are concerned with high reliability, longevity of product supply, and hardware and BIOS revision control. We have developed "high power" PC rack mounted computers with up to 20 PCI slots and 1000W and 1500W power supplies. Our "high power" computers are in use on Trident class nuclear submarines, aircraft carriers, reconnaissance aircraft, in nuclear power stations and specialized medical applications around the world. OEM contract enquiries are welcome for custom computers, systems and electronics/computer related metal chassis design and production.
