The Office Tutor was created by Donna Harwood in 2005. Donna worked in sales for many years and has always loved teaching and/or training people. Whether standing in front of a class or working one-on-one, Donna thoroughly enjoys what she does and has a comfortable, relaxed style. Donna has completed the Microsoft Certified Office Specialist courses in Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, and has an Adult Teacher/Trainer certificate from Seneca College. She is continually learning new things and enjoys the challenge. Donna can provide the custom training in any version of the software, from 2003 to 2010. In addition to the one-on-one instruction, The Office Tutor is also providing software training in the corporate environment. This gives Donna a better understanding of the current issues and questions people have in dealing with the programs in today ’s world. Upgrading to a new version of Office?
