March 16, 2009 Arnold Hickey was our realtor for the better part of the month in February/March 2009 through the recommendation of a friend. We found him immediately helpful, and very knowledgable about the housing market in the Edmonton area. He was flexible to schedule time with us when we came into town to look at homes. We are not experienced home-buyers. So it was nice to have Arnold kindly answer our many questions about a wide range of subjects related to buying a home. When he did not have the answer to something we had asked, he willingly investigated until he found it and then promptly related it to us. In fact, Arnold was prompt in all of his correspondence with us. When our search for a house seemed to stall, he offered helpful options. Perhaps the thing we appreciated most about Arnold was his complete honesty. We never got the feeling that he was concerned for his own profit. Rather, we were convinced that he was looking out for our interests, even if it meant a smaller commission. When we did choose a home, Arnold guided us through the entire closing process so that we knew what to expect. His service was professional and courteous throughout the entire process.
