Elaine Wilson has worked as a private chef for families in Ottawa, England, Montreal and Edmonton. For two years in Los Angeles she had a part-time business as a personal chef and her clients included Newsweek and USA Today. She has also cooked in restaurant kitchens and worked with Executive Chef Brad Wahl. While not classically trained, Elaine is passionate about food and looks to the styles of Nigella Lawson, Jamie Oliver, and Giada De Laurentis for inspiration - creating simple, yet great tasting meals with energy and enthusiasm.
