Accord Canada is a mediation, training and consulting group working on the forefront of environmental and public policy dispute resolution. Its principals are Canadian lawyers Craig Darling, who lives near Victoria, British Columbia, and Michelle LeBaron, who lives in Vancouver, British Columbia. Our dispute resolution practice is international in scope, having undertaken projects in Switzerland, Ireland, Malaysia, and Thailand; as well as across Canada and the United States. Michelle is also the Director of the Program on Dispute Resolution and Professor of Law at the University of British Columbia, Canada.
