Is there a quality guarantee? If you are not satified with the print supplied by Assetprint we will be happy to refund or reprint the job.Assetprint will correct obvious production errors such as flawed printing, cutting and assembly. We will offer refunds or reprints for printer malfunctions in such cases as: • Paper jams. • Low ink levels. • Low quality printing (this does not include low resolution issues, all files are printed at the resolution they were supplied at). • An error in the print process that did not follow included client instructions. • Print sent, but not released. • In short, any equipment, company or system error. Assetprint Print is not responsible for production errors caused by customer-provided files that contain errors such as: • Low resolution print (all files are printed at the resolution they were supplied to us at). • Improper set up of bleeds. • Incorrect color selection. • Incorrect file dimensions (all files are printed at the exact dimensions supplied, unless instructed otherwise, fees may apply). • Incorrect card orientation (a hard copy “mock-up” should be supplied before print date). • Safety margin issues (text or images being cut off edge of page due to bad file set-up by customer). • Missing fonts and images (all placed or linked files and fonts that were not supplied for output). • Visible crop marks. • Too many pages, blank pages or incomplete pages. • Wrong page numbers. • Printed the wrong document. • Spelling or grammar errors. • To resume, anything you could have checked first. We will not offer refunds for pages that do not print as expected. When possible, please use the “print preview” feature to minimize printer mistakes and waste. Also, Please triple check, all documents sent to us, before submitting them for print. All submitted documents are considered as final proofs and no refunds given will be given for human error and/or the sending of non-final documents and files What about color matching? Our digital, four-color printing technology is designed to deliver outstanding color quality at a cost much lower than conventional offset printing. We strive to consistently deliver the industry standard in “pleasing color” and make any reasonable adjustment to ensure that colors in provided files print as accurately as possible. However, because of the complexities of color-matching across devices, we cannot match colors exactly as they might appear on your computer monitor, printer or similar proofing device.
