The Atlantis School of Swim Inc. was established by Program Director, Julyana Colangelo in 1992 and serves the Oakville and Burlington areas. The company began as a seasonal private lesson business and due to client demand expanded in 2001 to offer a full range of programs year-round. As a Kinesiology graduate of McMaster University, Julyana brings over 17 years of instructional swim and coaching experience to the company with expertise in both Kinesiology and Biomechanics. Our Swim Specialist Team consists of dedicated and experienced Instructors, all holding nationally recognized qualifications. All Instructors have undergone 8-weeks of training with Atlantis School of Swim, in addition to the standard provincial course requirements, to ensure you are getting highly qualified and experienced Instructors. To ensure consistency and results, all Instructors apply "The Easy Swim" teaching method developed by Program Director, Julyana Colangelo, with her expertise in Kinesiology and Biomechanics.
