Alke s Enterprises Inc. has been working on product development since 1997. After completing the design, we were faced with finding people to assemble the products. Wanting to be a different kind of company - we decided to give work opportunities to adults in the community who have developmental disabilities. We made this decision because having a family member with a learning disability, we knew gainful employment for them is hard to find.
