The Harrop Restaurant has four dining rooms available for group and/or private functions. If a private room is required for the entire afternoon or evening a room charge may be applied depending on the room booked as per the following: New Room $ 100.00 / Parlour $ 200.00 / Green Room $ 300.00 / Carter Room $ 400.00 On Special Occasions (e.g Mother s Day, Valentine s Day, etc) we offer two sittings. At lunch the two sittings are at 11:30 A.M. and 1:30 P.M. During the dinner period the first sitting is from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. and the second sitting from 8:30 P.M. until closing. All of our dining rooms and bar area are non-smoking as per our local by-laws. Prices are subject to change depending on availability of ingredients. We request a confirmation of the number of guests to attend one week prior to your booking. PLEASE NOTE that the number of guests confirmed 48 hours prior is the minimum number for which the charge is levied. Payment is due evening/day of function by Debit Card, Visa, Master Card or Company Check In event we need to alter a recipe due to availability of product we will do our best to inform you ahead of time. Our 2008 group luncheon menu is based at $24.00 per person and dinner at $39.00 per person plus applicable taxes and gratuity. Your company name (or guest of honour) and the date of your function can be personalized on the menu. The dinner group menu includes your choice of either having several Hors d ’oeuvres served during a reception time before dinner or an appetizer combo platter served as a first course. Our group menus have been designed for parties of 12 or more persons and our chef would be happy to personalize it further if you would like additional courses added.
