Randy graduated from Fanshawe College s Fitness and Health Promotion program in 1999 and is a Certified Fitness Consultant and Personal Trainer Specialist, and is trained in First Aid and CPR. Randy worked as a personal trainer in Guelph-area fitness clubs for three years before starting Lifetime Fitness in 2004. Since that time, Randy has trained hundreds of clients,some of whom are featured on our Before and After pages, and who have also provided testimonials to the effectiveness of the Lifetime Fitness program. Randy believes that life-long fitness is best accomplished through long-term lifestyle changes. He has seen that with hard work, dedication, and a positive attitude, anyone can accomplish all their goals in fitness, and in life.
