We would like to thank all of the consumers who joined us to celebrate our shared British Heritage at the British Isles Show Canada. The show was held at the Queen Elizabeth Building over the weekend of March 2nd, 2007. The British Isles Show Canada just celebrated its 17th year in Toronto and we are looking forward to our 18th annual show in March of next year! We hope that you enjoyed the show and that you experienced "a little bit of ome" while you wandered the show floor. Thanks to our numerous vendors, we brought to you the best of the United Kingdom under one roof. Our vendors imported many new items this year and without them the show would not have happened! What British Show would be complete without the Pipe Bands and the Scottish and Irish Dancers. The MacNaughton Highlanders Pipe band from Milton, Ontario were our premiere band and the show this year and did a wonderful job. As always, the Wallace-Symington Highland Dancers took to the stage with enthusiasm and grace. We want to congratulate Erin Rose on becoming the "World Adult Dance Champion" in Scotland this past year. The Brampton Irish Dancers once again entertained the crowd, young and old alike! New this year were the Parti Dawns Lan Mor Dancers who came from Holyhead, Wales to make their Canadian debut at the British Isles Show. This group of young ladies were wonderful and we want to publicly express our thanks!...
