We are very excited to announce that, in partnership with the Champlain LHIN, and the Champlain CCAC, we shall be expanding to support the independence of 55 frail seniors in their own homes. We are seeking a fluently bilingual self-starter to get the program up and running. General Description/ Job purpose The Program Manager is responsible for the planning, management and leadership of PCIL/CPVA s new 24 hour independent living supports to frail seniors. The Program Manager reports to the Executive Director and supervises all staff of the program.
