Waterbed and Luxury or Custom made bedding products,when noted with the description of the item, are made specific to your individual requirements. Any design questions (size, shape and matching colors) can be forwarded to the [email protected] , then will be forwarded to the manufacturer for answers prior to placing your order. Many items will take longer as the manufacturer has to make them. Please note: Returns will not be accepted unless a manufacturing defect occurs. In the case of manufacturing defects, the original product must be shipped back before replacements will be sent. If the product has been used, it must be freshly laundered and clean.
