Brenda Dempsey is a Jin Shin Do, Shiatsu, and Cranio-Sacral therapist who has an active bodywork practice on Quadra Island and in Campbell River. Brenda has been practicing and studying Tao meditations since 1989. Brenda became a certified Healing Tao instructor in 1990 after a summer training with Mantak Chia and workshops with Christer and Minke at Silent Ground. Brenda has also been attending classes with Tai Chi Master Henry Wang for ten years, practicing his Tai Chi principles which contribute greatly to understanding Taoist work. Also trained in Hakomi Therapy. Brenda resides on Read Island with her husband Rieko Sevigny. An avid hiker, kayaker, and skier, Brenda loves to travel.
