Who are we? The Butterfly Learning Centre (BLC) is a non-profit, charitable corporation that has initiated and built a new licensed child care facility in Waterloo Region. We know that as our community grows, the need for child care expands also. We endeavour to meet this demand with excellence, servicing children from infant to school age, with a fully equipped, fully accessible child care facility and program.
