Reid Pattison, Dipl.Arch., SAA, AAA, FRAIC, LEED - Architect / President Reid is the Architect of Record for all projects delivered by Pattison MGM. He is responsible for all work produced by the Firm as President / Architect. Reid is an Architect with a solid history of innovative design solutions. He has been a member of the firm since 1977 and a partner since 1985. His experience has covered a varied list of projects including schools, health centres & care homes, office complex developments, and major institutions. Reid s innovative talents in design and the ability to perceive the solution while maintaining a grasp on the immediate development have been developed throughout his career. The design solutions have exceeded client expectations, maintaining a proper balance between creativity of space and reality of budget and construction methods. When Reid isn t at work, he enjoys spending time at local golf courses during the summer months, and during the winter makes trips to more "tropical" courses. Michael G. Adams, CCCA - Production Lead, Director / Secretary Mike has been a member of the firm since 1991, bringing a wealth of experience in construction and design through his years as Senior Member of Thomas Ferguson Architect Limited A list of his completed projects include offices, secure facilities, residential developments, institutional buildings, and theatres. Mike s overall experience covers years of practice throughout Saskatchewan. He has been involved in all aspects of the practice, and is highly experienced in contract document production and project/site administration. In his spare time Mike can be found rebuilding vintage race cars and campaigning them on race tracks across the country. Ward Peters, LEED - Senior Technologist, Director Ward has been involved in the construction industry since 1989, having joined the firm upon completion of his schooling at N.A.I.T. in Edmonton. Ward has many years of experience in the production of construction drawings and specifications, as well as contract administration and coordination of the consulting team. He has been involved in projects from the design stage to completion of construction, and demonstrated skill in total project management and coordination between owner and contractor. When Ward isn t at the office, he enjoys playing guitar, playing with his family, or playing in the yard on his garden tractor. Donn T. Lay - Senior Technologist, Director Donn has been a member of Pattison MGM since 1996, and has been involved in the architectural industry since 1993. He has worked on a variety of projects ranging in size and value, from new buildings to renovations, from warehouses to hotels, schools, etc. He has also been involved in facility audits & assessments for School Divisions and First Nation Councils. Donn s years of experience have involved the production of construction drawings and specifications, as well as day-to-day contract administration of numerous ongoing projects including site inspections and site meetings during the construction period to reviewing project details with Owners, Consultants, and Contractors.
