He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and the following industry designations: CPM (Certified Property Manager), FCCI (Fellow, Canadian Condominium Institute), ACCI (Associate, Canadian Condominium Institute), CMOC (Certified Manager of Condominium) and ARM (Accredited Residential Manager). Marc was an integral member of the Province of Alberta Government Ministers Working Committee that developed the 2000 Province of Alberta Condominium Property Act. Marc has served four terms as President of the Canadian Condominium Institute, South Alberta and has served on the Canadian Condominium Institutes National Board for three years. Further industry involvement includes serving as the Co-Chair of the Educational Committee that developed the educational materials, namely the Condominium Management 100, 200, and 300 level courses on behalf of the Canadian Condominium Institute. He has also served as a member of Educational Committee, Property Tax and Specialty Licensing Committees on behalf of CCI.
