David Liang Professional Corporation was originally established as David S.C. Liang, Barrister and Solicitor, in 1998. Since its inception, it has served primarily the Mandarin and Taiwanese speaking community in the Greater Toronto Area. All of our staff are multi-lingual and speak fluent Eglish and Mandarin. Many speak other Chinese dialects such as Taiwanese and Shanghainese.
