Both men believed that many Canadian companies were relying solely on their customs broker to reduce cross-border trading costs and provide advice on product inputs. As a result, companies were frequently spending more than necessary on customs duties funds that could instead go straight to the bottom line. Success came swiftly. Dominion quickly became recognized and accepted by the Canada Customs & Revenue Agency and many of Canada s largest importers became clients. Today, Dominion s files are filled with testimonials from these and other respected Canadian firms.
