The NorWest Community Health Centres provide health care and health promotion programs in Armstrong, Longlac, and in Thunder Bay. As part of a network of 56 Community Health Centres, we have been providing services for more than 10 years. We make special efforts to serve people who have a higher risk of poor health, or people who are having difficulty finding health care because of language, cultural barriers, poverty or isolation.
