About Us OUR PHILOSPHY The firm operates almost exclusively in the field of Residential Real Estate Law. As such we are very aware of the stresses involved in the purchase and sale of your home and do all we can to make the transaction run as smoothly as possible. We have been on the forefront of electronic processing of real estate deals and are involved in a pilot program of the Law Society that will allow us to close deals by sending funds electronically. These measures are to insure that you get your keys as early as possible on the date of closing. All phases of the transaction are handled on site and outside paralegal staff are not required. In almost all cases Mr. Rose personally attends with you, the client, on the execution of documentation and is always available to answer your questions. Robert Rose - Lawyer Robert graduated from the University of Toronto in 1980 with a law degree. Prior to attending Law School Mr. Rose was a real estate agent in South Etobicoke for 2 years. Since graduation Mr. Rose has practiced primarily in the field of Real Estate Law. The office has been located in the River Oaks area of Oakville since 1989. Since that time Mr. Rose has closed in excess of 12000 real estate deals. Liz Fox - Law Clerk Liz has been with the office since 1992 and is the senior real estate clerk. She has over 25 years experience as a real estate clerk and is primarily responsible for the purchases in the office. Sandy Salt - Law Clerk Sandy has been with the office since October 2005 and worked for us from 2001 to 2003. She is primarily responsible for the smooth operation of the sales and mortgage refinances in the office Karen Rose "“ Office manager Karen is responsible for the day to day operation of the office and does all the banking and most of the in town deliveries.
