This passion for what we do has made us well known in the veterinary community. Dr. Corina Lupu, owner of the hospital, chose to devote herself exclusively to avian medicine over twenty years ago. Since then she has expanded her practice to include reptiles and small mammals. Dr.Lupu is a member of the Association of Avian Veterinarians and was on the executive board for over ten years. Her dedication to the world of exotics is exemplified by her teaching experience. She teaches the avian and exotic curriculum to fourth year students of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Montreal. She also presents continuing education seminars and wet labs for the Quebec Veterinary Association as well as the University of Montreal s Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Lupu has, and continues to, guest lecture for The Canadian Veterinary Medical Association, for the Association of Animal Health Technicians, at PIJAC, for bird clubs, on television, radio and many other venues.
