We began our journey as a coaching company back in 2001. Our founding partner, Cheryl Breukelman, opened the doors with a passion and commitment to championing people "“ what we now call "people first leadership" with leaders and teams across the globe through coaching. Epiphany Coaching Incorporated as it exists today has two partners, Cheryl Breukelman and Simon Geoghegan, who first met in a grade 10 business class. Cheryl and Simon always enjoyed sharing ideas and solving problems. After university they both worked for Microsoft in sales and marketing roles. Working for Microsoft and other fast moving organizations in the 90 s they were exposed to a lot of business problems and different forms of leadership. With a shared passion for making a difference in the world through coaching, and a relationship based on trust and growth, they formed their partnership and incorporated Epiphany Coaching. They have grown a small giant with incredible people and top coaches all over the planet. Our mission is even more relevant today. What inspires us is the idea that people first organizations and communities would be the norm in the business world. Yes, the norm "“ we like to think big. In today s world, you must collaborate for results. It really is that simple. Everything comes down to relationships and dialogue. We want to provide a productive space for business people to have that dialogue and create spectacular business results. We work best with courageous leaders and teams who are willing to be open and real about what is going on. Organizations that are no longer willing to settle for "good enough" and want to challenge their people and ignite their businesses. From there development (people and ideas) can happen.
