After completing a huge printing project which had taken months, a light went on in my mind and I clearly saw the advantage to a purchaser of dealing with an independent printing consultant versus a sales representative that is tied to one commercial printer. It became obvious that as an employee I was required to sell the specific printers services and equipment even when I knew that there were better equipped and priced suppliers close by.
