The level of service you have been accustomed to will not change. Citenet Telecom has been in business since 1994, with points of presence in Montreal, Granby, Valleyfield, Joliette, St-Jerome, St-Hyacinthe, St-Agathe, as well as associations in Toronto, Vancouver and P.E.I. Magnett will now operate under the name Citenet Telecom for all matters concerning dial-up accounts, WWW pages, and direct connections. As for billing, we ask that if you have not already sent in your payment, or received an invoice or statement, please wait until a representative contacts you directly, or an invoice or statement is sent by email, fax, or post. Your email address will remain @magnet.ca, and you will not have to change any settings in your connection software.(i.e.: Phone number, DNS, username...etc.) In other words, your email address will not change. Our mailing address is changing as well, all mail sent here will be transferred to our new address at Citenet Telecom.
