This Memorandum of Engagement summarizes the scope of the planning and financial advisory services we will perform and the specific analyses and planning areas that you and we conclude are appropriate to address at this time. Although you are, of course, free to discontinue our services at any time, we accept clients only where there is a mutual expectation of such ongoing relationship, subject to the following terms: The Time of Your Life Program™ The Time of Your Life Program™ is offered on an hourly and / or retainer fee basis only. At the outset of our relationship, we will review the scope and nature of The Time of Your Life Program™ with you and provide a written estimate to be reviewed and agreed upon. A deposit of 50% of the agreed upon engagement fee is due prior to initiating billable work. The balance is due not later than three months from our initial Discovery Meeting. Investment Management You may request that we manage an investment portfolio for you under the terms of our Investment Advisory Agreement and The Portfolio Profile™. The Investment Advisory Agreement and The Portfolio Profile™ should be reviewed by you and us prior to opening an investment account. Financial Products / Services You may also request that we facilitate the purchase of other financial products on your behalf, including but not limited to deposit products, lending products, managed accounts, life, disability and critical illness insurance products, pension and group insurance products and other related financial products and services. We may arrange for the purchase of these products directly with the financial institution supplier, or alternatively, through one of our established business or referral partners. You are welcome to request and review any business or referral agreements in place with regards to such products. You will always proceed with confidence towards important goals in your life, and know that your contribution has been truly meaningful. Completing a review of your financial circumstances will allow us to provide advice designed to assist you in the achievement of your goals. Our initial work will involve a series of meetings with you to investigate your goals and financial circumstances, and to review the conclusions we reach.
