On most of our shipments, the carrier is responsible for the first $50.00. After the deductible, you can claim against us but we still need a copy of the carrier claim form. RETURNS: No returns accepted unless approved. There is a 10% restocking charge. CLAIMS: No claims on shortage unless reported within 6 days after receipt of merchandise. FREIGHT POLICY: DFW reserves the right to choose the best courier for each shipment. On orders over $200.00 that can be shipped by CANPAR, and are charged to a VISA or MASTERCARD, or paid by enclosed cheque (if order is overpaid by cheque, the balance will be returned with the shipment). There will be a maximum of 5% freight allowance. Shipments requesting Bus delivery will be shipped Freight Collect, with no discount for freight. Orders under $100.00 are subject to a $5.00 service charge. DISCOUNT POLICY: Case lot of SINGLE ITEM, SINGLE COLOUR (no mixing of colours or items!) on silk flowers and plants will receive a 10% discount.
