At the start of the renovation process we interviewed many contractors in the area, Once Ray visited our property it became very clear that our search for a contractor was over. We were immediately struck by Ray s warm and friendly disposition. We found him to be extremely calm, patient, level-headed, confident and talented. We were impressed by his ability to: -Quickly understand the scope of the project we envisioned. - Listen to our ideas, share his, and incorporate them into a rough sketch of the addition. - Educate/explain structural restrictions/possibilities. Ray truly builds unique custom homes. He created a design plan that tied seamlessly into the existing structure. It was open concept, it included interesting roof lines with different pitches, various angles and every room had a unique shape to it. Ray made sure that each room maximized the view of our waterfront property through striking window configurations. The building phase of our project went better than we could have hoped for. It was completed both on time and on budget. All of Ray s employees were very pleasant to deal with and competent in their jobs. A special thanks to Shauna, Rob, Ed and Jason.
