I know it s been a while and i greatly apologize ! I promise i will start keeping in touch a bit more!!! So here it goes, the Iolibee Update! Z 103 is always bringing the hits and once we put someone on our roster of awesomeness they rise high up in the sky and take over the world. In 2008 Lady Gaga graced the stage of Summer Rush and she went straight to the top and took the world by storm... without stopping. This year she was one of the nominees for Best Artist of the Year at the AMAs. In 2009 Z 1035 had Justin Bieber at Summer Rush and on Sunday, not only did he share the nominee status for Best Artist of the Year but he was honoured at the AMAs with Best Artist of the year. Justin also came back to toronto and put on a great show, check out the Z 1035 website and facebook for pictures... i think there are people sporting the Bieber bob just for the concert. So I am going to promise you all something, i promise you, whatever Z103 touches WILL turn into Gold. Speaking of gold, I hope all our winners last week had a great time at the Bruno Mars after party at Luxy last week! I did. It was one hit after another. Bruno Mars opened up with "Nothing On You" followed with "Just The Way You Are ". He dedicated "Just The Way You Are" to all the women who were in Luxy that night and i m not going to lie, the women were going crazy. Bruno closed with "Billionaire". Glee just did an episode this week and used Bruno Mars work as their inspiration for Glee songs so I am telling you watch him closely cause he is going to rise up and take over, just as i promised. It s been a star studded few weeks for Z 103 and just on the side of my own star studded experience i was able to catch a glimpse of the most brilliant director of our time. Tim Burton was in town to launch his exhibit " Explore the Mind of a Genius" at the new TIFF Bell building. The place was packed with people. I just thought that it was pretty awesome that Burton would come to Toronto to open his exhibit so i thought the rest of you might appreciate it.
