Have you ever sat and tried to think of the perfect job? Then reality hits you between the eyes and you have to go to your not so perfect job. Well that was me for the last twelve years. I spent day after day trying to think of a job that was creative, that I could use my training and experience, that would continue to grow and never run out of new ideas, and also was fun. Well I have found it! I was a manager with Home Depot Canada for close to twelve years, so I certainly know customer service, merchandising and the practices of running a successful business. Put all this knowledge together with my love for beading and I believe I have found the perfect combination. Beading has no boundaries and I believe that is why I enjoy it so much. Just when you master one aspect of it another is introduced to you, or you find that perfect bead that you just have to buy to make another piece. Beading is an art that can be done by people of all ages and I think it is a great link and hobby that can be passed down from generation to generation.
