Each Saturday, Food Not Bombs picks up donated food from grocery stores, cooks fresh vegetarian meals, and serves these hot meals to the community for free. Servings are held in front of Kitchener City Hall from 1:30-3:30pm. We are always looking for new volunteers to help out! We need cooks, servers, people to do pick-up at the grocery stores, and people to help clean-up! Central Fresh Market donates produce and other food that has been recently taken off the shelves. Grainharvest Breadhouse is a bakery that donates rolls, buns, and other baked goods.
