Jessica is one of the principals of Easton-Snelgrove Incorporated and acts as clinical director. For the past 17 years she has worked on the North Shore as a psychotherapist with individuals, couples, families, schools and community organizations. Jessica specializes in grief and loss and working with adolescents. One of the leaders in these fields in the Lower Mainland, Jessica conducts workshops, trauma debriefings and lectures for schools, hospitals, government agencies and private organizations. She is a frequent guest on local and national TV and radio programs. Jessica is the founder of the Widow s Network, a 13-year-old self-help organization for widows. She is first Vice-Chairperson of the Canadian Commission for Widows and Widowers; and an advisor for Compassionate Friends, a self-help group for bereaved parents in Vancouver and North Vancouver. Along with her clinical practice, Jessica has just completed her Doctorate degree at the University of British Columbia, where she studied the psychological impact of late onset genetic disease and predictive testing on adolescents and their families. She is creating an adolescent support group for adolescents at risk for Huntington s Disease and is establishing a national web site for adolescents at risk for late onset diseases. Jessica received her B.A. in Communications from San Jose State University. She began her graduate work at the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology in California and completed her M.A. in Counselling Psychology from the University of British Columbia. He is one of Canada s leading experts in critical incident stress. Toby provides clinical services to groups and organizations. This includes team building, trauma debriefing, conflict resolution and other in-house programs. Through this role, Toby has trained, debriefed and developed programs for a wide variety of organizations including community critical incident stress teams; hospitals; fire and ambulance services; educational institutions; policing and corrections services; First Nations communities; industry; air traffic control; coast guard; search and rescue; Canadian Armed Forces; and the United Nations. He has also been involved in producing a variety of written and video material on critical incident stress. Toby received his B.A. in psychology and sociology from Trent University; M. Ed. focusing on applied behavioural sciences from Boston University; and Ph.D. in Health and Human Services specializing in counselling from Columbia Pacific University.
