I received a confirmation email with the total amount I was to be charged. Two weeks later, I looked at my bank statement and saw that I had been overcharged.
I emailed the company, to which they quickly responded. They told me to fax them my bank statement and they would refund me. I faxed my bank statement and emailed it to them twice, but I never heard from them, and never got my refund.
