No card/refund

Be careful with this company, especially if you are considering their short term corporate membership!

I faxed in my form for a 3 month corporate membership and did not receive a card in the mail. When I emailed asking about the card, they said they hadn't been able to read the form and confirmed my credit card hadn't been charged. Then when I received my credit card statement, there was a charge from Goodlife London. I emailed them and told them I had been charged after all and after numerous attempts to contact them, I finally got through to someone who said that I would get my refund. It's been weeks later now and still no refund!!!
