Www.pharmacycards.com got away with $139 of MY money. Contacted them and they promised my money back. Now the website has disappeared. Quebec

I noticed a chunk of money was missing from my bank statement from a website i've never even heard of. So i called my bank, signed papers and I thought I would get my money back. Well I called the number that the website provided for me and spoke to a very nice woman. She said that on their end it shows they did not receive the money and the shipment was to be sent to my OLD apartment address. Weird.

So i faxed her a copy of my bank statement to prove the money had indeed been taken out and I never heard back from the website. I looked for the number again to contact someone and the website is no longer available. I hope this didn't happen to anyone else! I signed papers, so does that guarantee I will get my money back? Thank you!
