Com aked for a refund and they charged my account twice

I found this website thought it was a great deal, until my computer started running like crap. i emailed them telling them i wanted a full refund. when i went over my bank statement i immediately seen they didnt refund me, but had took out of my account twice. i call the number to tell them they now owe me $39.76 but, yet again another problem they only have a answering machine taking their calls and no one is calling me back. im very angry because i now no ive been ripped off and theres nothing i can do about it.
