I purchased a reconditioned GPS on Ebay from seller Zkarlo. First that made a false statement on the customs form and it took 25 days for the item to get to me due to a customs hold. Then it was broken, I contacted Kkarlo, and it took 5 days for a response, and I responed to them, 5 days later they told me to ship the GPS back to them (now at 35 days). I ship the item and it takes 12 days for them to get it, so they said, it takes 3 more days for them to ship another GPS now at 50 days. They ship it USPS this time unlike when I was paying they shipped FEDEX and postal strike. it takes 22 days to get the GPS and its also broken, (total 72 days) now they will not return any e mails. I contacted Ebay and there respose is "they are a seller with 100 000 sales and honest and I have gone past 45 days to open a claim" and E Bay cannot help!!! Bull Sh*t, the answer should have been "yes sir they ripped you off but they have 100 000 sales and make us lots of money"
